Do you have COD facility
Yes, we do have Cash On Delivery facility for all our orders.
How do I know that my order is confirmed?
As soon as you place the order, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with the order number and the estimated time of delivery. ⚡
How can I modify my order?
We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, it cannot be modified. However, you can contact us via customercare@communal.care or WhatsApp: 9175666254 and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I modify/change my payment methods?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be altered.
I am unable to make the payment
We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindly try again after clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or, try using a different payment method. However, if the issue still persists, kindly contact us at hello@discoverpilgrim.com or WhatsApp: 7400097974 and we will assist you.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, Net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
*COD orders carry an extra convenience fee to be paid.
My money has been deducted, but order has not been confirmed.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. If you don't receive it, be rest assured that any deducted amount will be refunded to your source account within 3-5 working days
When will I get my refund?
For paid orders, refund will be processed in the next 24-48 hours on cancellation/Returns/Failed Orders. Once the refund is processed, it takes around 3 - 5 working days to reflect in your source account

Do you use Sulphates or Parabens in your products?
We are committed to using safe, effective, and FDA-approved ingredients that ensure high performance. We are paraben-free and use SLS and SLES in selected formulations for their excellent cleansing and foaming properties. They are carefully balanced to deliver effective results without being harsh, adhering to the highest safety standards.
Are Communal products 100% natural?
We focus on choosing ingredients that are biocompatible with your skin for safe and effective results, whether natural or synthetic. While not all natural ingredients are good for your skin or hair, and not all synthetic ones are bad, we ensure that most of our ingredients are natural and carefully sourced. At Communal, we pick the world's best beauty ingredients to deliver the best results
Are Communal products vegan and cruelty-free?
YES, we are proud to be a PETA-certified, cruelty-free and vegan brand.
For how long are the products safe to use?
We recommend using our products within the Period After Opening (PAO) indicated on the packaging or by the Best Before date—whichever comes first
Do Communal products contain fragrance?
Yes, some of our products include fragrance, which is clearly listed in the ingredients as 'Parfum' or 'Perfume'.
Products labeled as having "Artificial Fragrance" contain skin-friendly fragrant essential oils. On the other hand, products marked "Fragrance-Free" do not contain any added perfumes or fragrances
Are you a clean brand?
Yes, and we are proud of it :) We follow set of values that we deeply believe in. Crafted with love, all Communal products are FDA-approved and free from toxins like parabens, harmful chemicals, and mineral oils - common offenders on beauty labels.
What should I do if products are missing from my order?
Your order might be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each package.

Received wrong/expired/defective/damaged product(s)

The delivery person was unprofessional in his behaviour

My order was returned without any delivery attempt
We're sorry to hear that. Typically, our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts before returning the order. Please check your SMS or email for any updates about the delivery.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at your end within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Kindly note that orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.
I am not able to cancel my order
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
My order has been cancelled
If your order was canceled on our end, it may have been due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, such as exceeding order or product limits. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions
I want the best coupon code for my purchase
The best coupon codes will be available at checkout. You can apply them to enjoy the benefits.
How to login into my account?

2. Enter your Phone Number and click on 'Continue'
3. Enter the OTP received on your phone and you will successfully be logged in
